Property Walkthrough and Listing Guide: This service includes a designer coming to the property to make suggestions room by room, including pre-packing, furniture arrangement, paint or fixture recommendations, and a personalized set of instructions for review.

Vacant Staging: This service offers our own staging inventory to make your listing appealing to buyers. Vacant staging also includes delivery and setup of our furniture, artwork and accessories, 45 day rental and removal.

Occupied/Partial Staging: This service uses the client’s own furniture, in addition to our own staging inventory, to enhance the aesthetic. Occupied staging includes rearranging of client furniture, but also includes delivery and setup of our furniture, artwork and accessories, 45 day rental and removal.

In the event that the client books services with us, and later cancels the agreement, the client will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee. There are also fees associated with staging a property that has not yet been cleaned, for damage or destruction of staging inventory, and for less than 72 hour notice of staging removal.
